Art Requirements

1. ART REQUIREMENTS: Digital vector art file preferred for all processes. Adobe Illustrator CS (11) and lower eps or ai files with all fonts created into outlines. Black & white camera ready line art can be used for die struck and etched products only. Art charges may apply for complex designs. We accept files compatible with most graphics programs including Photoshop and Illustrator. However, art charges may apply with some file formats. We can duplicate your existing sample with no artwork (this option takes slightly longer to complete production). If your artwork is not camera ready, artwork may be prepared at a specified rate.

2. COLORS: There are a finite number of authentic cloisonné colors available. For authentic cloisonné projects we will try our best to closely match your color specifications. For all other spot color projects Pantone color matching is available at additional cost. Translucent and glow enamel colors are also available at additional cost. For offset printed projects a hard copy match proof is required.
