How long does production take?
Depending on the order, but once artwork has been approved, typically between 3-4 weeks.
For more complicated orders or larger quanitities, production time will take a bit longer, but don’t worry your account executive will keep you informed of what’s going on every step of the way.
I can't find a product of yours that I found on ASI or Sage. How do I Find it?
Since our catalogs on ASI and SAGE are rather large we do not keep all of our products on our site, however your account executive will be able to find any item with an item number that you have questions about. Just give us a call.
How do you source your products?
Our manufactures have a long history of working with us for the past 30 years. We have carefully hand picked them and hold them to the highest of quality and safety standards.
What kind of artwork do I need to submit?
We like to ask that your submitted artwork be in a vector format. We accept the following file types:
AI, EPS, SWG & PDF
