Order Change or Cancellation: Any change or cancellation will be subject to the charges based on any costs incurred at the time of the request.
Artwork: Camera ready or vector artwork is required. If production friendly artwork is not available, art services can be provided at $75/hour, 2 hour minimum.
Art Changes: Art changes made after art approval will require new dies, molds, screens, films or setups and will incur charges. Please review all factory art proofs carefully.
Dies & Tooling: Molds, dies, trim tools, piercing tools, screens and films are offered as a service and remain the property of Sonoma Promo. All molds, dies, trim tools, piercing tools, screens and films will be kept on file for a period of two years and will be recycled without notice.
Return Policy: No items may be returned without written authorization by Sonoma Promo. A return request must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt.
Rush Orders: Arrangements for rush service must be made in advance, please check with your dedicated Account Executive for availability. Service charge and expedited shipping required.
Random Samples: Random samples are provided at no charge and are based on availability. Please provide your shipping account number.
Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB Sonoma CA via FEDEX ground unless other arrangements have been requested in advance. Multiple destination shipments are subject to a $10 charge per destination after the first location. Sonoma Promo is not responsible for delays caused by customs delays or carriers.
Trademarks: Sonoma Promo assumes that clients are authorized to use logos and trademarks submitted for reproduction. Customs authorization documents may be required. Sonoma Promo assumes no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.
Terms: Net 30 payment terms granted upon approval of customer’s trade references and back up credit card, which is maintained on file in the event of payment delinquency. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
